Children's Play Assistant at Xcite Bathgate - 14 hours

We’re looking for a Children’s Play Assistant to join our team at Xcite Bathgate on a 1 year fixed term contract!

The successful candidate will help create a fun, safe and welcoming environment for children and families, ensuring every visit is an enjoyable experience.

Job Purpose – overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Supervise young children in a secure fun play environment.

• Stop behaviour which could be dangerous

• Respond quickly in emergency situations

• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints should they arise

• Devise and participate in children's fun activities.

• Undertake general administrative tasks to support the delivery of programmes and services

• Conduct general routine maintenance and cleaning duties around the children’s play area to ensure it meets the required standards of cleanliness, security, and Health and Safety.

• Process bookings and payments through cash and credit card transactions

• Support the wider facilities team in promoting products and services

•  Promote products and services to customers and visitors
