Xcite Craigswood offers an extensive programme of group fitness classes, delivered from two dedicated fitness studios, as well as our state-of-the-art BOX12 studio, all complete with mood lighting. Outside, take advantage of our 400-metre athletics track or our premier 3G pitches. The Wellbeing Hub, utilising Technogym’s Easyline equipment is also the perfect starting point for a gentler introduction to resistance machines and caters for our Referral programme. Our cutting-edge gym is equipped with modern Technogym equipment as well as functional fitness and strength and conditioning areas, to give something for everyone to enhance your training. We boast a hugely popular kids coaching programme for badminton, golf, and football.
